The Japanese Standards Association, JSA Solutions Co., Ltd., and Japanese Registration of Certificated Auditors and Experts, (hereafter “JSA Group”) shall adhere to the "Act on the use of numbers to identify a specific individual in administrative procedures” and the “Basic policy on the correct handling of personal numbers and specific information (operator version),” and handle personal information (hereafter “specific personal information”), including “My Number,” in an appropriate way.

The JSA group companies shall use the specific personal information provided for the following purposes.

• Clerical matters related to specific personal information, concerning executives, employees, etc., and their dependent families
  ＞　Clerical matters such as tax -related notifications based on Income tax law, etc.
  ＞　Social insurance and labor insurance-related notifications
  ＞　In addition to the above, clerical matters related to support based on ministerial orders
• Clerical matters related to specific personal information of persons other than executives and employees, etc.
  ＞　Clerical matters such as tax -related notifications based on Income tax law, etc.
  ＞　In addition to the above, clerical matters related to support based on ministerial orders

The JSA group companies have determined and shall adhere to the separate “Regulations concerning the handling of specific personal information,” and shall work to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of specific personal information provided to them, and shall also properly manage personal numbers.

The JSA group companies shall select companies with sufficient standards of protecting specific personal information, who are objectively deemed to have taken organizational, personnel-related, physical, and technical safety management measures, and may, after taking safety management measures based on an agreement, outsource the handling of specific information to an external operator, etc.

The JSA group companies, to carry out the appropriate protection of specific personal information, shall make continuous improvements to these basic guidelines and related regulations.

The JSA group companies shall provide appropriate support for inquires related to the handling of specific personal information.
